What is stretch therapy?

Stretch therapy is a hands-on approach to whole-body wellness. With guided stretches that go beyond what you can reach on your own, it relieves stiffness, reduces pain, and restores ease to everyday movements. 

 

Can I use my HSA/FSA funds?

Yes! We can accept HSA and FSA payments.

 

Do you stretch women?

Yes, a large part of my client base is women.

 

What should I wear?

Comfortable athletic clothing you can move in leggings, joggers, or anything flexible.

 

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes depending on what your body needs. First time clients often start with 30 minutes to get a feel for it.

 

How often should I get a stretch therapy session?

It depends on your individual needs and goals, generally weekly sessions are a good starting point.

 

Will I feel sore after a session?

It’s possible to experience some mild soreness especially if your muscles were tight it should subside within a day or two.

 

Can this help with back, hip, or shoulder tightness?

Yes. Most people come in with tight hips, stiff backs, or locked‑up shoulders. Stretch therapy helps release those areas so you can move easier and feel lighter.

 

Can stretch therapy help with chronic pain?

Yes, regular stretch therapy can help alleviate chronic pain by improving flexibility, reducing muscle tension and enhancing overall mobility.

 

How do I know if stretch therapy is working for me?

What should I wear to my stretch session?
